Q&A
Q. Will my shirt order show up under my MonsterFishingTackle.com account so that I can track it?
A. No it will not. The orders for the shirts are through the manufacturer. MonsterFishingTackle.com never see's your payment and cannot track it for you. We do however get a copy of the design.
Q. What is the shirt made of and how is it printed?
A. The shirt is 100% polyester as almost all sublimated shirts are. The printing process is called sublimation and is done all at once for the entire shirt. The printing can not be felt with your hands/fingers it is smooth just like the shirt.
Q. Can I get a long sleeve shirt?
The shirts only come in short sleeve for the time being.
Q. Why is there a burning cross on the shirt and do I have to have that and the Monster Logo on my shirt?
A. That is not a burning cross it is a Burning X and it does say Team Xtreme underneath it. The Monster Logo is required on all shirts as MonsterFishingTackle.com is paying for a portion of the actual cost of each shirt.
Q. If my shirt has not arrived yet what should I do?
A. First off, the manufacturer has peaks and valleys in their manufacturing process. Sometimes they are fast and sometimes they are slow. Seems like they are slow more than fast so bear with us/them. If you have questions please email them to TeamXtremeGear@gmail.com for best service.
Most everyone at MonsterFishingTackle.com won't have any idea on how to get information on your shirt order via phone.
Q. What is the benefit for MonsterFishingTackle.com in selling this shirts?
A. MonsterFishingTackle.com supplements the cost of these shirts and have built this site so that our customers can get an affordable, high quality tournament jersey. It also gives us a great way to get our name out there to potential customers.
Q. If my shirt order takes a month will my tackle order take that long as well?
A. No, all tackle orders are shipped the same day or next business days (for orders after 3:00 PST) All of your tackle orders can be tracked via our website and you will be notified of the order and the day it ships.
Q. I need my shirt by a certain date, how can I be assured that it will be done by then?
A. If you email the manufacturer liason at TeamXtremeGear@gmail.com with your situation, after you order the shirt, they will make every effort to get you your shirt on time. However, orders will be a minimum of 2 weeks from order to arrival at your address.
We ask that if you are taking this opportunity to order a quality shirt that you understand that each shirt is custom made and we are limited to what we can do to help it get completed. We have yet to hear from a customer who did not receive their shirt. Some shirts were reported arrving fast and others slow - but, again we are yet to hear of someone not getting their shirt. So bear with us - understand you are getting this shirt at substantially lower cost than market value and you are getting it faster (even at 30 days) than any shirt company we know of.
